About Sarah

When I was a pre-teen, I was “discovered” at a mall one evening with my parents. I went to check out the modeling agency and I really enjoyed the audition process and posing. However, the agency wanted money up front, and we knew it was a scam. I never really looked at modeling again, but instead started taking dance classes. I took jazz dance for 3 years and also danced in choral productions in high school.

 In early 2012, one of my photographer friends thought I had the look for modeling. He asked to shoot me, and I agreed. We shot in June 2012 and I really enjoyed it. We shot again later in November 2012 and I fell in love with everything about the process. I enjoyed picking outfits, creating looks, developing my own poses, and learning about how the photos are edited. I loved the finished product, and decided I wanted to pursue modeling.

I started loading my images to social media sites like Instagram and Tumblr. Before long, photographers were contacting me for shoots. I decided to create a Facebook page to display my work. I later learned about Model Mayhem and created a profile there as well in order to meet new photographers and explore other portfolios.

 To date I have had 69 shoots in various locations throughout Georgia and Tennessee. I study poses daily and am anxious to meet new photographers. I am very excited about how far I have come in my work and look forward to growing and shooting much more in the future.

 I create my own looks and have decided I am on a mission with my photos. I want people to know that an image and a model can be sexy with clothes on. A woman does not have to be naked to make a good photo. Therefore, I do not shoot nude nor do I shoot in lingerie.
